We handle residential and commercial air-conditioning systems throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties. Our work includes system installation, service, repairs and maintenance.

Choosing Your AC System

We explain brands and models to help you choose equipment. Installation options include central AC, split and mini-split systems, package units, chillers and geothermal systems. We also offer home purification systems.

AC Repairs and Maintenance

We replace filters and motors, repair transformers and capacitors, and upgrade relays. Service also includes refrigerant-charge checks, thermostat inspections, control cleaning, bearing lubrication, and fan-blade and blower-wheel cleaning. We offer maintenance programs for homes and businesses.

AC Service‑Call Rate

Our AC service calls are $95 per hour. Estimates for AC installations are free.

New Installation Labor Warranty

New AC installations carry a one-year labor warranty.

24-Hour Emergency AC Service

We offer 24-hour emergency AC service. Office hours Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–4:00 pm. Weekend hours Sat–Sun, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, are for emergencies only.
